Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone play Air Force warriors in Fighter, which is billed as India's first aerial action movie. This one features an actor in a never-before-seen avatar, and the production value is high. Siddharth Anand, who most recently won numerous awards for Pathaan and has collaborated with Hrithik in Bang Bang and WAR, has created this one on a huge scale.
Yesterday was Air Force Day, and the Fighter team honored the warriors on this occasion because the movie also celebrates their spirit. Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone posted a message that said, "They soar through our skies with pride & glory and carry with them an unwavering commitment to ensure our nation’s safety & security. Interestingly, the first look of Fighter was also unveiled on Independence day as everyone was filled with patriotism. The team shared this and wrote, "A salute to our glorious nation. Happy Independence Day! #Fighter in theatres on the eve of India’s 75th Republic Day. #25thJanuary2024."

Deepika and Hrithik, meanwhile, have just arrived back home from filming two songs in Italy. Both of the songs Sidharth intended to record with this duo—a big dance number and a love track—were filmed in beautiful settings. According to the ETimes, Hrithik will perform some bare-body moves in the dance song. Together with Deepika and Hrithik, the complete ensemble of Fighter, which also includes Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi, recently filmed a dance sequence in Mumbai.
